一棵树是欣赏重庆渝中区全景的好地方，每当夜幕降临时，整个渝中区的灯光相继点亮，一棵树是欣赏山城夜景的一处绝佳位置。这里不仅能够拍山城夜景，如果天气好，在这里来拍日落和夕阳是很好的视角。夏天的重庆要等到很晚之后天才开始暗下来，为了美景也只能慢慢等待，不过当越来越多的人上来之后，会发现到的早还是有好处的，一来可以到处逛一逛, 二来可以占个好位置。去早后要等很久，到现在还记得当时我们到一棵树以后是怎么打发时间等待天黑的。
